Abstract: | Indian Institute of Management (IIM) is world famous for its higher education in Management. They enhance their service by libraries. Some institute Libraries have their library home page; their student gets the knowledge immediately. This article aims to measure which types of content are available on library websites. Users know about these library facilities, such as Web OPAC, CAS SDI, value-added service, e-journals, and e books. All other resource links are available on the library page. This review paper evaluated that some libraries have been giving the link to the library home page, and some institutes have a direct link from the home page to the library webpage to access the library page content. Users are now more demanding of the latest technologies, so these library webpages should be up to date. It is an aspiration that some training or orientation programme will be created for library staff to enhance library services. It is hoped that the present study will help librarians evaluate their websites, improve lacking features, and keep abreast of the current emerging web technologies that critically reflect every website's defects and improve user behaviour. |
