| Abstract: | The purpose of this paper is to survey the university library information centres of Delhi andNCR (National Capital Region) and find out the level of awareness of patrons of the information services provided by their respective university library information centres ( ULICs) with the help of ICT (Information communication technologies) and web 2.0 tools. Survey method was used with the help of structured questionnaire and review of earlier studies done in the area. |
